How Do I Place An Order?
When you find an item you want to buy, follow these steps:
- Click Add to Cart on the item listing page
- If the item you want to purchase has options to choose from -- like type, size and color-- you will have to select each option before you can add it to your Cart
In your Cart, you can select a shipping destination, review the cost of the item, or change the quantity you'd like to purchase, if the seller has more than one available.
If there's anything you need to tell the seller, you can do so in the “Add a note to your order”... field box. Be sure to check the listing description to see if the seller requests any specific information from you. If you have a coupon code, click Apply shop coupon code and then Apply after entering your code. Proceed to Checkout when you're ready.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
- Credit Card:If you'd like to pay with a credit card, select the option showing the major credit card logos. The logos shown may vary by country.
- PayPal:If you choose to pay through PayPal (or with a credit card through PayPal's Guest Checkout feature), you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page and then back to my website to confirm the order.
★PRINT ORDERS - Your order will ship out in approximately 7-10 business days. Approximately means a couple days sooner or a couple days later. Prints are shipped via USPS Priority ship to U.S. addresses in a sturdy box (2-3 business days). You will receive an e-mail with tracking information after your order ships.
★CANVAS ORDERS - Canvases are packaged and shipped separately via UPS. Canvases are ready to hang! Canvases will take about 2-3 days longer for processing and delivery.
★INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - I can ship anywhere. Delivery time is 3 weeks. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Returns & Refunds
★If you have any questions or concerns after receiving your order, please contact me within 3 days. Also, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I strive for excellent customer service and want all my customers to be happy with their purchases. Please read the description of the item you are purchasing. All information is listed in the description and if you have any questions, please contact me before ordering and I will be more than happy to answer.
★Any package that is received damaged will be replaced immediately since they are insured. A photo of the damaged package and item will be needed before a new one is shipped out to you. If your tracking # shows delivered, and you did not receive the package, you will need to file a theft claim with the mail carrier.
★Also, if you are looking for a good color match, I highly recommend purchasing my color chart first. www.etsy.com/listing/174792339 I am unable to exchange or refund if the color does not match. Please keep in mind colors on your computer monitor/ cell phone may appear different in print.
★Since items in my shop are created specific for each order, I can NOT accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Please do NOT mail back your item and expect a refund.
